Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) -  A very good opening on Wednesday is the result of optimistic moods on the biggest share markets. The growth was caused by the decrease of interest rates in the US.

It was a very good day for the banking sector as many of the indexes went up, e.g. PKO BP (+4,93%), Pekao (+5,29%), BPH (+5,07%), BRE (+4,31%). In general, the moods are positive and this trend is expected to continue.
At the opening on Wednesday WIG20 gained 3.05 per cent to 3770.13 points. Moreover, the volume of trade already in mid-session  exceeded PLN 1 billion. At fixing WIG20 went up 3.92 per cent to 3801.92 points.  Although mWIG40 and sWIG80 also increased, their growth was not so significant. Only at the closing they went up 2.98 and 1.58 per cent respectively. The total value of trade on Wednesday amounted to PLN 2.1b.
