Artman will either buy or found a new brand

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Artman, the listed distributor of clothes for teenagers which plans to have its second brand, may acquire a new company.


“We have two scenarios: either we acquire a company with a network of shops or we build our own brand and distribution”, Grzegorz Koterwa, Artman management representative said.

The new brand will be offered to people aged 25-35 and will cost more than the clothes with House logo (Artman’s brand). First shops will be launched in the middle of 2008. Details concerning the new brand will be revealed in fall.


Today, Artman has 160 House shops. Since January till June, the company had PLN 109.9m (EUR 29.2m) of sales, or 31 percent more than in the same period of last year.
