Braaten+Pedersen builds shopping mall in Gliwice for EUR 75m

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Danish developer Braaten+Pedersen is going to build an entertainment centre and shopping mall in Gliwice, a town of 200,000 inhabitants in southern Poland, worth EUR 75m. Norwegian group Borgestad and GE Capital Golub will co-finance the project. This is the first project of the Danish company in Poland. 1,200 people will work in the centre.

Norwegian group Borgestad and GE Capital Golub will co-finance the project. This is the first project of the Danish company in Poland. 1,200 people will work in the centre. The mall will be launched at the breakthrough of the years 2006 and 2007. It will comprise of 140 shops, Carrefour hipermarket, restaurants, Cinema City multiplex and sports club.
