eTel investing EUR50m in Poland
The Irish eTel which has been present in central Europe for some time providing internet and telecommunications services is now considering Poland and is talking to providers which would like a partner.
The company has already spoken to GTS concerning the sale of it's ISP arm Internet Partners, one of the largest providers in this country. GTS however called off any potential sale owing to the low price that would be obtained in current market conditions.
Michał Kostrzewa, MD of eTel Polska, insists that a new deal might not be worked out at a later date and that the company is still keeping an eye out for other purchases in this country.© ℗
