Our three-year strategy provides for developing a network of 50 Rooster restaurants in Poland’s biggest towns, Kornel Drozdowski, Gastropol CEO said.

Another Krakow company has recently admitted it wanted to be listed – Chlopskie Jadlo. Sfinks from Lodz, central Poland, is listed in CeTo market. Kornel Drozdowski stressed that prior to the IPO, Rooster brand will be promoted. The company has four Rooster restaurants today, in Krakow, Bydgoszcz, Lodz and Sopot. Gastropol has also seven other restaurants in Krakow and Zakopane. Last year, its sales amounted to PLN 14m. This year, they are expected to grow to PLN 20m.
