Treść raportu:

Zarząd Agory S.A. ("Spółka") informuje o zamiarze przekazywania w roku obrotowym 2018 skonsolidowanych raportów okresowych w następujących terminach:

I. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne:

- za pierwszy kwartał 2018 r. - 16 maja 2018 r.

- za trzeci kwartał 2018 r. - 9 listopada 2018 r.

II. Raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2017 r. - 8 marca 2018 r.

III. Skonsolidowany raport za pierwsze półrocze 2018 r. - 10 sierpnia 2018 r.

Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że:
- na podstawie § 83 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”) nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych, w związku z czym skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierały kwartalną informację finansową.
- na podstawie § 83 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała jednostkowego raportu półrocznego, w związku z czym w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym będzie zamieszczone skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem podmiotu uprawionego do badania sprawozdań oraz skróconą informacją dodatkową,
- na podstawie § 101 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za czwarty kwartał 2017 r. oraz za drugi kwartał 2018 roku,
Wszystkie raporty okresowe zostaną umieszczone na stronie internetowej Spółki www.agora.pl w zakładce Dla inwestorów/raporty finansowe.

	31/2017 Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2018The Management Board of Agora S.A. ("Company") announces the publication dates of Agora Group's periodic reports in 2018:I. Consolidated quarterly reports:- quarterly report for the first quarter of 2018 – May 16, 2018.- quarterly report for the third quarter of 2018 – November 9, 2018.II. Annual and consolidated annual report for 2017 – March 8, 2018.III. Interim consolidated report for the first half of 2018 - August 10, 2018. The Management Board announces that, pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, the Company will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Agora Group will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statement and quarterly financial information.The Company will not publish a separate stand–alone interim report pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the Regulation, either. The consolidated interim report shall include condensed interim report with the report and opinion of independent auditor and condensed additional information.Moreover, the Management Board informs that the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the second and fourth quarter of 2018 pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation. Legal basis: to § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
