Treść raportu:

CIECH S.A. („Emitent" lub „Spółka”) niniejszym podaje daty przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2023 roku.

1.Raporty kwartalne:

• skonsolidowany raport za pierwszy kwartał 2023 roku, rozszerzony o skrócone sprawozdanie jednostkowe zostanie opublikowany w dniu 25 maja 2023 roku;
• skonsolidowany raport za trzy kwartały 2023 roku, rozszerzony o skrócone sprawozdanie jednostkowe zostanie opublikowany w dniu 16 listopada 2023 roku;

2. Raport półroczny:

Skonsolidowany raport za pierwsze półrocze 2023 roku, rozszerzony o półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie jednostkowe zostanie opublikowany w dniu 7 września 2023 roku.

3. Raporty roczne:

• jednostkowy raport roczny za 2022 rok zostanie opublikowany w dniu 23 marca 2023 roku;
• skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2022 rok zostanie opublikowany w dniu 23 marca 2023 roku.

4. Ponadto Emitent informuje, że:

• skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne zostaną rozszerzone o elementy, o których mowa w § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia, wobec czego, zgodnie z tym przepisem nie będą publikowane odrębne jednostkowe raporty kwartalne;
• skonsolidowany raport półroczny zostanie rozszerzony o elementy, o których mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, wobec czego, zgodnie z tym przepisem nie będzie publikowany odrębny jednostkowy raport półroczny;
• zgodnie z § 71 ust. 8 Rozporządzenia roczne sprawozdanie zarządu na temat działalności emitenta i roczne sprawozdanie zarządu na temat działalności grupy kapitałowej będą sporządzone w formie jednego dokumentu;
• zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, nie będzie publikowany raport kwartalny oraz skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za ostatni kwartał 2022 roku oraz za drugi kwartał 2023 roku.

Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. z 2018 r., poz. 757) (dalej: „Rozporządzenie").

CIECH
S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces the dates of submission of
periodical reports in 2023


1.      
Quarterly reports:


·    a
consolidated report for the first quarter of 2023, extended by the
abbreviated separate statement will be published on May 25, 2023;


·    a
consolidated report for the three quarters of 2023, extended by the
abbreviated separate statement will be published on November 16, 2023.


2.      
Semi-annual report:


A
consolidated report for the first semi-annual period of 2023, extended
by the semi-annual abbreviated separate statement will be published on
September 7, 2023.


3.      Annual
reports:


·   separate
annual report for 2022 will be published on March 23, 2023;


·    consolidated
annual report for 2022 will be published on March 23, 2023.


4.   Moreover,
the Issuer informs that:


·    the
consolidated quarterly reports will be extended to include the elements
referred to in § 62 section 1 of the Regulation, accordingly, pursuant
to this provision, no separate individual quarterly reports will be
published;


·    the
consolidated semi-annual report will be extended to include the elements
referred to in § 62 section 3 of the Regulation, accordingly, pursuant
to this provision, no separate individual semi-annual report will be
published;


·    pursuant
to § 71 section 8 of the Regulation, the annual management report on the
activities of the Issuer and the annual management report on the
activities of the Group will be drawn up as a single document;


·    pursuant
to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation, no quarterly report or consolidated
quarterly report for the last quarter of 2022 and for the second quarter
of 2023 will be published.


Legal
basis: 
§ 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March
2018 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of
securities and on conditions of recognition of information required
under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of
2018, item 757) (the “Regulation”).
