Treść raportu:

Zarząd Spółki Korporacja Gospodarcza „efekt” S.A. (zwanej dalej: Emitent, Spółka) z siedzibą w Krakowie, zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (zwanego dalej „Rozporządzeniem”), przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości stałe daty przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2023:

Raporty roczne:
- Skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok obrotowy 2022 – 11 kwietnia 2023 roku;
- Jednostkowy raport roczny za rok obrotowy 2022 – 11 kwietnia 2023 roku;

Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne zawierające skrócone jednostkowe informacje finansowe:
- za I kwartał 2023 – 17 maja 2023 roku;
- za III kwartał 2023 – 31 października 2023 roku.

Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2023 zawierający skrócone jednostkowe informacje finansowe:
- 18 września 2023 roku.

Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, iż w 2023 roku kontynuować będzie przekazywanie skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających kwartalną informację finansową, o których mowa w § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia oraz skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia.

Zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Emitent nie będzie publikował raportu kwartalnego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał roku obrotowego 2022 oraz II kwartał roku obrotowego 2023.

Podstawa prawna:
- par. 80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim;
- art. 56 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych.

	Publication dates of periodic reports in 2023.The Management Board of Korporacja Gospodarcza "efekt" S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Issuer, the Company) with its registered office in Kraków, in accordance with § 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), publishes fixed dates of periodic reports in the financial year 2023:Annual Reports:- Consolidated annual report for the financial year 2022 - April 11, 2023;- Separate annual report for the financial year 2022 - April 11, 2023;Consolidated quarterly reports containing abbreviated separate financial information:- for the first quarter of 2023 - May 17, 2023;- for the third quarter of 2023 - October 31, 2023.Consolidated report for the first half of 2023 containing condensed separate financial information:- September 18, 2023.At the same time, the Issuer informs that in 2023 it will continue to submit consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation and the consolidated semi-annual report containing the condensed semi-annual financial statements referred to in § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation.Pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2022 and the second quarter of the financial year 2023.Legal basis:- par. 80 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state;- article 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies.
