8 grudnia 2025 roku Energa-Operator SA („Spółka”), spółka zależna od Energa SA („Emitent”) otrzymała informację, iż Zarząd Narodowego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej („NFOŚiGW”) podjął dziś uchwałę w sprawie udzielenia jej dofinansowania w formie dotacji w ramach Programu Priorytetowego „Budowa lub modernizacja sieci dystrybucyjnych energii elektrycznej na obszarach wiejskich w celu umożliwienia przyłączenia nowych źródeł OZE” realizowanego w ramach Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności (komponent REPowerEU). Projekt Spółki „Rozwój inteligentnej infrastruktury elektroenergetycznej na terenie Energa-Operator S.A., w celu wzmocnienia bezpieczeństwa energetycznego i zwiększenia potencjału przyłączeniowego OZE” ubiega się o maksymalnie 470,9 mln zł dofinansowania. Realizacja dofinansowania wymaga podpisania umowy przez obie strony – po uzyskaniu odpowiednich zgód korporacyjnych, w tym uchwały Rady Nadzorczej NFOŚiGW. Emitent będzie informować, jeśli jakikolwiek z przewidywanych kroków korporacyjnych nie dojdzie do skutku. Podstawa prawna: Art. 17 ust. 1 MAR - informacje poufne. |

Current report No. 51/2025 Date: 8 December 2025 Subject: Execution of a Subsidy Agreement with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) for the Financing of Distribution Networks Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR - inside information On 8 December 2025, Energa-Operator S.A. (the “Company”), a subsidiary of Energa S.A. (the “Issuer”), received information that the Management Board of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (“NFOŚiGW”) adopted a resolution today regarding the granting of funding in the form of a subsidy under the Priority Programme “Construction or Modernisation of Electricity Distribution Networks in Rural Areas to Enable the Connection of New Renewable Energy Sources,” implemented as part of the Poland's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (REPower EU component). The Energa-Operator S.A. project entitled “Development of Smart Power Infrastructure within Energa-Operator S.A. to Strengthen Energy Security and Increase the Connection Capacity for Renewable Energy Sources” is applying for funding of up to PLN 470.9 million. The disbursement of the funding requires the conclusion of an agreement by both parties—after obtaining the necessary corporate approvals, including a resolution of the Supervisory Board of NFOŚiGW. The Issuer will provide updates should any of the anticipated corporate steps fail to be completed. |
