Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Polish Agency of Entrepreneurship Development (PARP)launched an Internet platform yesterday, which enables the contact of small and medium companies with investors. The companies, looking for capital of up to PLN 15m (EUR 3.9m) should register onwww.start.infor.pl. There are already 10 investors waiting. Only the investors chosen by a company will have access to the data provided by the firm (address data, financial results generated last year).

It is free to use the platform. WSE, however, hopes that some day the companies will be listed in the stock market. WSE is going to send 1,000 invitations this week to companies which could be interested in the project. ARP has sent 250 invitations so far. It plans to send 1,000 of them altogether.
