Masters listed jeans producer transforms into shoe company

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The listed company, where the first Polish jeans were sewed, is going to start selling via the CCC network.

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The listed company, where the first Polish jeans were sewed, is going to start selling via the CCC network.

Listed Masters signed yesterday agreement to buy a distribution company. The company is going to distribute shoes.

“The company we want to buy runs franchise shops under the CCC brand”, Stanislaw Ferenc, Masters CEO said.

He added that the company would not operate as jeans producer any longer.

The company considered financial sector and debt collection activities but finally decided for shoe distribution. Masters plans to raise funds for the acquisition on the stock exchanger. It plans an additional issue of PLN 15m (EUR 3.8m). Masters will also sell intangible assets and equipment for PLN 4m. Masters wants to have full control over the shoe firm.
