Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The producer of clothes, shoes and leather goods, develops its network, invests in a plant and focuses on the East.

Ochnik, a company owned by three brothers, is going to develop its network in Poland from 16 to 100. Ochnik clothes are sold abroad as well. The company has nine shops with clothes and leather goods in Russia, two new ones will be launched this year. In Ukraine, Ochnik brothers want to found a subsidiary and launch 15-20 shops within five years, up from 3 shops today.  

Exports constitute 50 percent of sales. In 2006, Ochnik had PLN 22.6m (EUR 5.8m) of sales and PLN 2.3m of net income. This year, the company is developing its plant in Garwolin. The project is worth PLN 10m and will double the capacity.
