Orco Property Group, a company registered in Luxemburg and listed on Euronext and the Prague Stock Exchange, confirmed it planned an IPO in Warsaw.

“On the same day, we want to conduct our IPO in Budapest. We count to raise EUR 100m on both markets. The offer will be directed to institutional investors. We are going to spend the funds for developer projects, not only in Poland. We will focus on homebuilding, offices and hotels”, Arnaud Bricout, Orco Property Group deputy CEO and financial director said.

The IPO is planned in the second quarter of the year.
