Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Two food producers who want to invest in ready-to-eat dishes plan an IPO in the near future. They refuse to say how much money they want to raise.

Pamapol, Poland’s biggest producer of ready-to-eat dishes (23.3 percent) has submitted its issue prospectus in the Securities and Exchange Commission (KPWiG). The company is also a canned food producer.

“The canned food market in Poland is much more stabilized. Ready-to-eat dishes have much more potential”, Henryk Cieslinski, Polmeat managing director said.

Pamapol will present its strategy next week.

Mispol is Poland’s second canned food producer but has a minor stake in the ready-to-eat dishes market (1.1 percent). It wants to develop this business.

“We want to increase capacity and have a wider portfolio of products including convenience food”, Marek Piatkowski, Mispol CEO said.

Mispol will submit its issue prospectus within several weeks. The company wants to be listed this year.
