The Lithuanian party wants to ask us additional questions concerning out offer. Orlen will soon start the second stage of due diligence. We are working over a binding offer, Dawid Piekarz, PKN Orlen?s spokesman said.

In January, a meeting will be held with the tender commission. Some media say that KazMunaiGaz is going to pay EUR 1.2 billion, and this is the highest offer.

If it is true, our offer is much more attractive, PKN Orlen?s spokesman added.
