Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo, which hopes to be listed in June, still has not got the approval of its creditors. Although they agreed to give away to the Treasury PGNiG’s transport subsidiary Przesyl, they demanded to see many agreements including for leasing, transmitting, and investing, that the two sides are to sign. ‘Until March 23rd it will be clear whether all creditors signed credit agreements’, ‘Puls Biznesu’ source said.

Before listing, the company wants to change its image. ‘Polls showed that the brand is not recognisable. The logo is perceived in a negative way’, Malgorzata Przybylska, PGNiG’s spokesperson said. There will be a new, orange logo with letter E. Unofficial sources say, the company would like to change its name into Erga. ‘Works over the name should end at the breakthrough of July and August. We have a dozen possibilities. I won’t tell you which one has the biggest chances’, Malgorzata Przybylska said.
