Railway disagreement goes on
The disagreement between Greenbrier Poland and Konsorcjum Taborowe concerning a tender for 4,500 goods wagons for the PKP may be coming to a decisive phase. The American company reported what they considered to be an unfair process to the monopolies watchdog UOKiK. A decision is expected in the first half of this year.
PKP has a 90 percent stake in KT although a share issue is planned which could interest companies like Alstom and Deutsche Bahn Cargo as well as SNCF, Deutsche Bahn, Wisconsin Central Transportation and Central Cargo Europe which is controlled by World Rail.© ℗
