Group Poland S.A. (the “Company”), as well as comparable data, have been prepared in
accordance with the applicable accounting principles and that they reflect in a true, reliable and
clear manner the property and financial situation, including financial result of the Group and
Company, and that the report of activities of the Company and the Group contains a true picture
of the development and achievements as well as the situation of the Company and the Group,
including a description of the basic threats and risks.
