Statement of the Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A. on the functioning of the Audit Committee
in the financial year ended on 31 December 2023
The Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A. hereby represents that it complies with the regulations
concerning the appointment, composition, and functioning of the Audit Committee, including the
regulations on satisfaction of the independence criteria by its members, the requirements with
regard to having knowledge and skills relating to the industry in which Arctic Paper S.A. operates, as
well as accounting or auditing of financial statements.
The Audit Committee was performing the tasks specified in the applicable regulations.
