Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Marek Tyminski, the owner of listed City Interactive, a producer and publisher of computer games, will list another company.
Premium Food Restaurants wants to be listed on New Connect. This is going to be the first restaurant operator offering Japanese cuisine to be listed in Poland. The company runs 77sushi bars. Marek Tyminski owns 100 percent of its capital. The businessman is the CEO and main shareholder of City Interactive, the Polish producer and publisher of computer games who was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2007. Premium Food Restaurants wants to submit a private offer in May and raise PLN 4m (EUR 1.1m).
In 2007, consolidated sales amounted to PLN 6.8m and the net loss – to PLN 0.1m. This year, the company forecasts PLN 11.4m of sales and PLN 0.8m of net income. Funds raised on the stock exchange will be spent to increase the number of restaurants from seven to fifteen. Anna Kosnik, Premium Food Restaurants CEO, believes that the Polish restaurant market evaluated at PLN 18.2bn, faces bright future as the Poles increase their spending for eating out by 6-7 percent annually.
