Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The network of
healthcare centers has three potential investors. One of them will be chosen
within two weeks.
Enel-Med, the biggest network of healthcare centers, which is up for sale,
will soon choose its investor. The company controlled by Rozwadowski family, has
received offers and now negotiates with three companies.
“We are going to choose our partner within two weeks”, Adam Rozwadowski,
Enel-Med CEO and owner said.
There is only one insurance company on the list. Generali has been mentioned.
The company had unsuccessfully attempted to buy LIM healthcare center. Mid
Europa Partners fund bought LIM eventually. The two remaining buyers for
Enel-Med are investment funds. Rozwadowski family wants to give control over the
company but still keep 49 percent of Enel-Med and have a veto in key decisions.
Adam Rozwadowski believes that Enel-Med is worth about the same as LIM was a
year ago, i.e. PLN 250m (EUR 70.5m). In 2008, Enel-Med will have PLN 120m of
(PLN 1 = EUR 0.282)
