Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – After three days of increases, investors kept selling on Tuesday pub analysts believe the market will rebound on Wednesday.

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – After three days of increases, investors kept selling on Tuesday pub analysts believe the market will rebound on Wednesday.

The WIG20 index ended 1.01 percent down on Tuesday. The main index fell to 3,015.5 points. Shares worth PLN 988m changed hands. MIDWIG was the only index to rise. Among blue chips, all companies key for recent gains, including KGHM copper producer, PKN Orlen fuel giant, PKO Bank and TP telecom, fell about 1 percent. Agora media group and BZ WBK bank were the worst performers with over 3 percent losses. Kety aluminium company and TVN media group were the only blue chips to rise.

Among mid-caps, Hydrobudowa construction company jumped 15 percent. Lentex attracted most trade after rumors that a Hungarian company is interested to buy it. Sky Europe airline was among the worst performers with 17 percent dive and the only reasonable explanation are high oil prices. Optimus where there were changes in the government and Elektrim telecommunication company ended down.
