WIG20 loses 0.21%

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Today’s session closed with WIG20 at 2025.70 points, which means a drop of 0.21%. Among blue chips, Telekomunikacja Polska and PKN Orlen attracted most attention. Both companies ended session on plus, while their joint turnover amounted to PLN 290 million (EUR 71.3 million), i.e. more than a half of the total WIG20 trade.

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Today’s session closed with WIG20 at 2025.70 points, which means a drop of 0.21%. Among blue chips, Telekomunikacja Polska and PKN Orlen attracted most attention. Both companies ended session on plus, while their joint turnover amounted to PLN 290 million (EUR 71.3 million), i.e. more than a half of the total WIG20 trade. Orlen’s prices did not change despite the raise of the dividend to PLN 2.13. Similarly, the MPC’s decision to lower interest rates did not affect the market. KGHM, which lost 1.5%, was the worst performer of WIG20 companies. On the wider market Tras Tychy rose again (+5.6%), while Relpol’s price dropped by 7.1%
