Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The main indices of the Warsaw Stock Exchange were stabile on Monday and ended slightly up. The volume of trade remained low. Analysts expect that the WIG20 index will head to 2,950-3,000 points.
The session was calm today, mainly because the lack of British and US investors (holiday). Shares worth PLN 0.6bn changed hands. Analysts believe tomorrow they will amount to PLN 1bn.
The WIG20 index grew 0.25 percent to 2,915.88
points. WIG added 0.1 percent to 46,620.03 points. Analysts believe that in the
second half of June, investors may try to raise the indices. The 20 share blue
chips index may exceed the level of 3,000 points provided that world exchanges
are doing good.
