WSE follows Budapest and Prague exchanges

Poland: Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – After two days of minor rebounds, WIG20 fell to 2,336.38 points, or 3.94 percent on Thursday. Investors in Budapest had even worse day – BUX dived 5.2 percent. Prague main index PX50 lost 3.6 percent. The decreases in the Polish market will probably go on. Since the last height of 2,564.9 points, WIG20 has lost 8.9 percent.

PKN Orlen fuel giant dived 6 percent, TP telecom 5.5 percent. Shares of the companies worth, respectively, PLN 155m (EUR 39.7m) and 120m changed hands. Shares of all blue chips worth PLN 560m changed hands, 55 percent more than yesterday. None of blue chips managed to rise or stay unchanged. TVN media group and Computerland were best performers with a loss of 0.2 percent.(PLN 1 = EUR 0.256)
