Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Zatra plans an IPO. It’s going to submit its issue prospectus this month.
Zatra, which produces computers for listed Optimus, is going to be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange soon.
“Yes, I confirm that we have plans to be listed. We are preparing the issue prospectus”, Michal Debski, Zatra CEO and co-owner, as well as Optimus chairman said.
The GSM to raise the capital of the company and prepare for the listing will be held on March 16th. The company wants to spend the funds to develop organically. Zatra produces computers for Optimus and runs the distribution and logistic center for the listed IT company.
Details of the offer remain secret. Maybe the present shareholders would sell their stakes. One of them, Michal Debski, has half of the shares. 45 percent is owned by Optimus which has financial difficulties. Optimus cannot issue new shares because its main shareholder, Zbigniew Jakubas, blocks the company. He believes that the previous issue was illegal. Michal Debski acquired 30 percent of the stock and paid with Zatra shares.
There are two other PC producers which will be
listed soon: NTT and Pronox.
