Alcohol fight not yet over
A hearing in front of the appeal court in Warsaw is planned for 24 May in the case of which company owns the foreign rights to the Polmos trade marks. However if the deal goes ahead in which Agros will voluntarily hand over those rights then the Polmos companies will withdraw their claim. Perhaps it was a smart move for Agros as it was able to negotiate the right to buy Polmos Poznań and the court could have forced it to lose the brands.
