Changes in the ownership structure of the Nordea group will mean changes in the names of companies here. Property insurance company Nordea Ubezpieczenia, formerly Energo-Asekuracja, is likely to change its name for a second time whilst life assurer Nordea Zycie is likely to find itself under new ownership. These changes have been caused by the departure of the Danish Tryg Baltica from the Nordea group.
