Allianz expects profits soon
In the immediate future Allianz intends to concentrate on the development of health insurance, co-operation with Pekao SA and development of its e-commerce network. The company says that it is not so much concerned with finding new clients, instead it wants to improve profitability and quality of service. It believes that its life assurance arm should start showing a profit in 2003 and property insurance one year later. By 2003 it expects that revenue from premiums will be over PLN1bn.
