Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Arteria, a company offering telemarketing and managing sales channels, plans an IPO in the second half of the year. It will raise money to build a sales network.
Arteria wants to build a brokerage network. It will raise money on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Today, Arterias main clients consist of 16 international companies including insurers, banks and telecoms. The Warsaw company wants to generate PLN 800,000 (EUR 203,200) of net income in the first half of the year and PLN 2m in the whole year.
The IPO will be conducted by DM IDM, a listed brokerage.
“The new issue should take place in the third of fourth quarter. It will be a medium-sized offer”, Grzegorz Leszczynski, DM IDM CEO said.
His company will introduce at least seven companies to the stock market, including Bankier.pl, Gino Rossi, Hyperion, Pol-Aquy, Monnari and One2One. The brokerage plans to have PLN 14m of net income this year and 30 percent of ROE.
