Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – ATM has enough capital to pay out dividend and invest in new projects.

ATM Group, Poland’s biggest independent producer of TV programs, promises to keep its growth rate this year. In 2005, sales grew 38 percent to PLN 72.7m (EUR 18.7m) and the net income by 36 percent to PLN 11.8m. If the growth rate is really continued, sales would amount to PLN 100m and the net income to PLN 16m.

“We are preparing the forecast. When we comment the first quarter financial report we will probably announce our forecasts. In the middle of the year we should know nearly everything about our achievements this year”, Dorota Michalak-Kurzewska, the deputy CEO said.

ATM has good results, cash and no credits. This year it will increase the dividend. In 2005, it paid out 35 percent of its income. This year, the management will recommend to pay our at least 50 percent of the income.

“Our financial investors try to talk us into paying out the whole income. But we must think it over first”, Tomasz Kurzewski, the CEO and main shareholder said.

Despite the dividend, the company will invest, among others in a modern recording studio where it will make its programs.
