Atrem builds a bigger group

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The company offering engineering services plans further acquisitions.

Atrem which is finalizing the acquisition of Dom-Mar, considers further transactions.

“A lot is going on in the businesses we are interested in”, Konrad Sniatala, Atrem CEO and main shareholder said.

The company focuses in automatics, power and air-conditioning. It wants to strengthen its group and buy, among others, an IT company.

“Bigger group will let us better serve our clients”, the CEO explained.

Atrem’s main clients include PGNiG, Gaz-System and PBG. Further acquisitions, after Dom-Mar’s transaction is concluded, are possible as early as this year. The company hopes for funds from the WSE. It is waiting for the approval of its issue prospectus from financial authorities.

In 2007, Atrem had PLN 52.5m (EUR 15.5m) of sales and PLN 6.8m of EBITDA and PLN 3.9m of net income.
