Bytom is consolidating clothes producers and distributors. That’s why the company has asked the financial authorities to re-launch works connected with its issue prospectus.
“The reason is the advanced privatization process of Warmia clothes producer”, the company said in a statement.
Bytom would like to issue shares worth PLN 22m (EUR 6.5m).
In July, the company had decided to suspend preparations of its prospectus and a new issue due to bearish market. However, the second quarter was good for the company and it may now manage to convince investors to support its plans.
The issue to buy Warmia is not the first plan of raising Bytom’s capital. The company had planned to raise capital several months ago but instead of PLN 17.5m as planned, it raised PLN 1.16m.
