The creation of a brewing group around Carlsberg — Okocim may cost a lot more than was originally anticipated. The brewery has signed a credit contract for PLN340m with ABN Amro bank, most of this cash being needed for paying the debts of the Piast, Bosman and Kasztelan breweries it acquired.
