Czech CEZ is watching Poland closely

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – CEZ, Czech’s largest energy company, wants to take part in the privatisation of Polish energy sector. ‘We are interested in acquiring Polish electric energy distributors and producers’, Vladimir Schmalz, M&A director in CEZ said. He added that the representatives of CEZ told about the plans Jacek Socha, Poland’s Treasury Minister last Wednesday.
