Janusz Woźniak, managing director of Daewoo-FSO, does not agree that the days of his company are numbered and that it is beyond salvation. He is convinced that his plan to save the company by splitting smaller production units from the base of the firm could save it. Shareholders will be asked to approve the plan in May.
