The offer on the home market is much bigger than a year ago. Homebuilding companies fight for the clients offering home appliances along with the flat or even cars. Dom Development in all its investments will offer a turnkey standard.
“The polls we have conducted show that 57 percent of people buying flats would like to have them finished”, Jaroslaw Szanajca, Dom Development CEO said.
The company has offered 1,000 of such flats. Today, 15-20 percent of clients choose this system. The company hopes to increase this amount to 50 percent.
Dom Development estimates that it takes six months for its client to finish a flat which is 60-70 square meters big. The homebuilding company needs 2.5-3 months.
Jaroslaw Szanajca confirmed earlier forecasts. This year, Dom Development
wants to sell 1,500-2,000 flats. According to the CEO, the lower level is more
possible. The company still considers acquisitions. It is negotiating with a
local homebuilding firm.
