In a few days time, Lockheed Martin, Dassault Aviation and BAe Systems will be putting in their offers to supply the Polish armed forces. Whatever happens, it will be like Christmas for Polish arms and IT firms amongst others who can expect a windfall in offset orders and access to state of the art technology.
