Next week the Italian Generali will be announcing its plans for Poland following its acquisition of Zurich’s business in this country, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. The integration of the two will take some time and until this is complete both trade marks will exist side by side. Generali is now the thirteenth largest property insurer and sixth largest life assure in Poland.
