Treść raportu:

Zarząd Agory S.A. ("Spółka") informuje o zamiarze przekazywania w roku obrotowym 2017 skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających kwartalną informację finansową, o której mowa w § 83 ust.1 Rozporządzenia, a także przekazania skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2017 r. zawierającego półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 83 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia.

Zarząd Agory S.A. niniejszym podaje do wiadomości stałe daty przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2017:

I. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne:

- za czwarty kwartał 2016 r. - 17 lutego 2017 r.

- za pierwszy kwartał 2017 r. - 12 maja 2017 r.

- za trzeci kwartał 2017 r. - 10 listopada 2017 r.

II. Raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2016 r. - 31 marca 2017 r.

III. Skonsolidowany raport za pierwsze półrocze 2017 r. - 11 sierpnia 2017 r.

Ponadto, Spółka informuje, że nie będzie publikować skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za drugi kwartał 2017 r. zgodnie z regulacją § 101 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia.

Podstawa prawna: Art. 56 ust. 1 pkt. 2 Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzenia instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych, w związku z § 103 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. z 2009 roku nr 33 poz. 259 z późniejszymi zmianami).


	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

	Financial reports timetable in 2017The Management Board of Agora S.A. (" the Company") hereby informs about its intention to present in the year 2017 consolidated quarterly reports including quarterly financial information referred to in § 83 item 1 of the Minister of Finance Decree of February 19, 2009 on current and regulatory information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state ("the Decree") as well as to present the consolidated interim report for the first half of 2017 including extracts from interim financial report referred to in § 83 item 3 of the Decree.The Management Board of Agora S.A. hereby presents the dates of financial reports disclosure in 2017:I. Consolidated quarterly reports:- for 4Q 2016: February 17, 2017;- for 1Q 2017: May 12, 2017;- for 3Q 2017: November 10, 2017.II. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2016: March 31, 2017.III. Interim consolidated report for the first half of 2017: August 11, 2017.The Company also announces that it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for 2Q 2017 pursuant to the provisions of § 101 sec. 2 of the Decree.Legal basis: Article 56 Section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies in conjunction with § 103 Section 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities, and the conditions for recognizing equivalence of information required under non-member states regulations (Journal of Laws from 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
