Declared or paid dividend per share
During year 2023 AmRest Group disposed its KFC business in Russia. The Group assessed that disposal of the Russia operation met the definition of discontinued operation under IFRS 5 “Non-current assets held for sale and discontinued operations” (“IFRS 5”). Consequently, the comparative data for the quarter ended 31 March 2023 were re-presented. Details are presented in note 12 of the Interim Report for Q1 2024.
