| Zarząd spółki Cl Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), informuje o podjęciu w dniu dzisiejszym decyzji o ustaleniu warunków globalnej premiery gry „Lords of the Fallen” („LOTF”). Zarząd Spółki informuje, że gra LOTF będzie dostępna w wersji na PC oraz platformę PlayStation 5 oraz Xbox Series X|S. Gra LOTF dostępna będzie w trzech wersjach Standard, Deluxe oraz Kolekcjonerskiej oraz ustalono następujące ceny za każdą z wersji: a) Standard – $69.99/€69.99; b) Deluxe - $79.99/€79.99; c) Kolekcjonerska - $249.99/€229.99; Zarząd podjął decyzję, o ustaleniu daty premiery gry LOTF na dzień 13 października 2023 r. Zarząd Spółki uznał za zasadne zakwalifikowanie niniejszej informacji jako poufnej w rozumieniu przepisów art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR. |

| Current report number: 18/2023 Date: 18 May 2023 Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR – Confidential Information Subject: Setting conditions for the global release of the game " Lords of the Fallen" The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) announces that it has decided today to set the conditions for the global release of the game „Lords of the Fallen” (“LOTF”). The Management Board of the Company announces that the LOTF game will be available for PC and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms. The LOTF game will be available in three versions Standard, Deluxe and Collector's Edition and the following prices have been set for each version: a) Standard -$69.99/€69.99; b) Deluxe - $79.99/€79.99; c) Collector's Edition - $249.99/€229.99. The Management Board of the Company has decided to set a release date for the LOTF game on 13 October 2023. The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation.
