Zarząd spółki CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 33/2022 z dnia 24 października 2022 r. oraz raportu bieżącego 34/2023 z 16 sierpnia 2023 r. informuje, że otrzymał raport agencji specjalizującej się w ocenie projektów w różnych fazach rozwoju, dotyczący projektu „Survive”, prowadzonego przez Spółkę („Raport Agencji”). Z Raportu Agencji wynika, że obecnie część mechanik gry opracowywanej w ramach projektu „Survive” nie spełnia założeń wynikających z dokumentacji tego projektu. Zarząd Spółki po wstępnym przeanalizowaniu obecnego stanu projektu „Survive” oraz uwzględnieniu wyników Raportu Agencji stwierdza, że planowany na 2025 rok termin premiery gry jest istotnie zagrożony.
W związku z Raportem Agencji, Zarząd Spółki prowadzi szczegółową analizę co do przedmiotu i zakresu prac w ramach projektu „Survive” i po podjęciu kluczowych decyzji w tej kwestii Spółka poinformuje o nich w odrębnym raporcie bieżącym.

	Current report number: 20 /2024 Date: 29 April 2024 Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR - inside information Subject: Results of Project Survive analysis The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), with reference to the current report No. 33/2022 dated October 24, 2022 and current report 34/2023 dated August 16,2023, informs that it has received a report from an agency specializing in evaluating projects in various stages of development, regarding the Company's project "Survive" (the "Agency Report"). The Agency Report indicates that currently some of the mechanics of the game being developed under the project "Survive" do not meet the assumptions implied by the documentation of this project. The Management Board after an initial analysis of the current status of the project "Survive" and taking into account the results of the Agency Report, concludes that the game's release date planned for 2025 is significantly jeopardized. In connection with the Agency Report, the Management Board of the Company is conducting a detailed analysis as to the subject and scope of work under the project "Survive" and, once the key decisions are made in this regard, the Company will announce them in a separate current report.
