Rada Nadzorcza Spółki powołała, z dniem 1 stycznia 2024 r., na nową, trzyletnią kadencję, Zarząd Spółki w składzie: Szymon Fiecek – Prezes Zarządu, Paweł Szukalski – Członek Zarządu. Pan Szymon Fiecek, ur. 1983 ma wykształcenie wyższe. Jest absolwentem wydziału Informatyki specjalizacja systemy informatyczne, zarządzanie Wyższej Szkoły Ekonomii i Administracji w Kielcach. Ostatnie 3 lata Paweł był związany z dynamiczną fin-techową spółką pożyczkową z Estonii - Creditstar Group. Jako Country Manager zbudował i rozwinął operacje firmy w Polsce. W zarządzie Comperia.pl S.A. od 1 lipca 2020 roku. Ponadto jest on Członkiem Zarządu ComperiaPay Sp. z o.o. w organizacji. Paweł jest absolwentem Uniwersytetu im.
