| Zarząd spółki Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 28 lutego 2012 r. otrzymał od Pana Eli Alroy rezygnację ze stanowiska członka Rady Nadzorczej GTC ze skutkiem na dzień 6 kwietnia 2012 roku. W tym samym dniu Rada Nadzorcza GTC powołała Pana Alain Ickovicks na stanowisko Przewodniczącego Rady Nadzorczej ze skutkiem na dzień 6 kwietnia 2012 r. Pan Alain Ickovicks jest wieloletnim członkiem Rady Nadzorczej GTC. | ||||||||||||

| Subject: Resignation of Eli Alroy from the position of the Supervisory Board Member The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("GTC") hereby informs that it has received from Mr Eli Alroy, on 28 February 2012, a resignation from his position of the Supervisory Board Member of GTC effective as of 6 April 2012. On the same day the Supervisory Board of GTC elected Mr Alain Ickovicks to the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board effective as of 6 April 2012. Mr Alain Ickovicks is a long time member of the Supervisory Board of GTC. |
