| Zarząd Manydev Studio SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako: "Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, iż w dniu 24 kwietnia 2024 r . podjął ostateczną decyzję co do wielkości dokonanego odpisu aktualizacyjnego wartości produkowanych gier, który wiąże się z utratą wartości aktywów Emitenta. Odpis aktualizacyjny obejmuje następujące projekty, co do których Zarząd Emitenta nie wyklucza powrotu do produkcji w przyszłości: - My Museum (odpis w wysokości 160,158.88 zł), - Parasight (odpis w wysokości 49.280,00 zł), - Illusion Lands (odpis w wysokości 236.184,67 zł), - Corsairs Madness (odpis w wysokości 1.985,95 zł), - Sword&Shield (odpis w kwocie 284.984,96 zł). Całkowita wartość odpisu, tj. 732.594,46 zł, zostanie ujęta w jednostkowym sprawozdaniu finansowym Spółki za rok 2023 w pozycji "Pozostałe koszty operacyjne", a tym samym wpłynie na wysokość wykazanego wyniku finansowego oraz wartości zapasów. Odpis ten jest operacją księgową niemającą wpływu na przepływy finansowe ani na stan gotówki. Dokonanie ww. odpisów nie ma wpływu na bieżącą płynność finansową Spółki. Dokonanie odpisów motywowane jest transparentnością działań w stosunku do Akcjonariuszy Spółki. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące sposobu ujawnienia ww. odpisów przedstawione zostaną, zgodnie z obowiązującymi Emitenta zasadami rachunkowości, w przygotowywanym raporcie rocznym, którego publikacja przypada na dzień 29 kwietnia 2024 r. Zarząd Emitenta zdecydował o publikacji powyższej informacji z uwagi na fakt, iż może mieć ona istotny wpływ na kształtowanie się sytuacji finansowej i majątkowej Emitenta oraz potencjalnie istotny wpływ na wycenę notowanych akcji Spółki. |

| Current Report no. 28/2024 Subject Information about making an impairment loss Legal basis: art. 17 (1) MAR – confidential information The Management Board of Manydev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Issuer") informs that on April 24, 2024 made the final decision as to the amount of the write-down made on the value of the games produced, which is related to the loss of value of the Issuer's assets. The impairment loss covers the following projects for which the Issuer's Management Board does not rule out a return to production in the future: - My Museum (deduction in the amount of PLN 160,158.88), - Parasight (write-off in the amount of PLN 49,280.00), - Illusion Lands (write-off in the amount of PLN 236,184.67), - Corsairs Madness (write-off in the amount of PLN 1,985.95), - Sword&Shield (write-off in the amount of PLN 284,984.96). The total value of the write-off, i.e. PLN 732.594,46, will be included in the Company's separate financial statements for 2023 in the item "Other operating costs", and thus will affect the amount of the reported financial result and the value of inventories. This write-off is an accounting operation that does not affect financial flows or cash. Making the above-mentioned write-offs have no impact on the Company's current financial liquidity. Making write-offs is motivated by the transparency of activities towards the Company's Shareholders. Detailed information on how to disclose the above. write-offs will be presented, in accordance with the accounting principles applicable to the Issuer, in the annual report being prepared, which will be published on April 29, 2024. The Issuer's Management Board decided to publish the above information due to the fact that it may have a significant impact on the Issuer's financial and property situation and a potentially significant impact on the valuation of the Company's listed shares. |
