Zarząd PROKOM Software SA informuje:
w dniu 10 lutego 2000 roku PROKOM Software SA zawarł z Powszechnym Zakładem Ubezpieczeń SA Umowę o świadczenie usług informatycznych. Usługi świadczone będą przez okres 2,5 roku. Wartość przedmiotu umowy wynosi 82,8 mln PLN.

Nr 163) in regards to type, form, and domain of current and periodic information as well as time intervals for the delivery of the information by the issuers whose shares were admitted to public exchange.
The Management Board of PROKOM Software SA announces:
On the 10th of February 2000 PROKOM Software SA concluded with PZU SA an agreement on rendering of IT services. The services will be rendered for period of 2.5 years. The value of the agreement is PLN 82.8 MM.
