| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 37 z dnia 27.06.2006r. w sprawie umowy inwestycyjnej podpisanej przez Stalexport S.A. ze spółką Autostrade S.p.A z siedzibą w Rzymie, Zarząd Stalexport S.A. informuje, że Spółka otrzymała w dniu dzisiejszym od pełnomocnika Spółki Autostrade S.p.A. decyzję Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów (UOKiK) z dnia 13 listopada br., o wyrażeniu zgody na dokonanie koncentracji, polegającej na przejęciu przez Autostrade S.p.A. z siedzibą w Rzymie (Włochy) kontroli nad spółką Stalexport S.A. z siedzibą w Katowicach. Tym samym został spełniony jeden z warunków objęcia przez Autostrade S.p.A. kolejnej emisji akcji. |

| Referring to the current report no 37 dated 27.06.2006 on the investment agreement signed by Stalexport S.A. with the company Autostrade S.p.A with seat in Rome, the Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that today, i. e on 17.11.the Company received from the proxy of the company Autostrade S.p.A. the decision of the Anti-Monopoly Office (UOKiK) of 13.11.2006 on giving the consent on accumulation, which consists in taking over by Autostrade S.p.A. with seat in Rome (Italy) the control of the company Stalexport S.A. with seat in Katowice. The same one of the conditions of subscribing the successive shares issue by Autostrade S.p.A.has been fulfilled.--------------------The only binding version is the Polish original that should be referred to in matters of interpretation. |
