Dotyczy: Raportu RB 67/2004 z dnia 07.09.2004r w sprawie podpisania przez STALEXPORT S.A. i Skarb Państwa - reprezentowany przez Ministra Finansów - umowy o spłatę długu z tytułu poręczenia jakiego udzielił w 1997r dla kredytu na realizację inwestycji pod nazwą "Kompleksowa modernizacja linii produkcyjnej stali
w Hucie Ostrowiec S.A."

W nawiązaniu do w/w raportu Zarząd STALEXPORT S.A. informuje, iż w dniu dzisiejszym otrzymał Pismo od Ministra Finansów, w którym stwierdzono, że został spełniony warunek zawieszający wyżej wymienioną Umowę i że z dniem 18 sierpnia 2005 r. wszedł w życie paragraf określający zasady wykonania zobowiązań przez STALEXPORT S.A. wobec Skarbu Państwa.
Minister Finansów potwierdza spełnienie warunku na podstawie otrzymanego Pisma od Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumenta z dnia 17 sierpnia 2005 r , zawierającego opinię w zakresie zgodności postanowień umowy o spłatę długu, zawartej w dniu 1 września 2004 r. pomiędzy Skarbem Państwa i Spółką STALEXPORT S.A. z przepisami regulującymi udzielanie pomocy publicznej.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Re: report no 67/2004 dated 07.09.2004 in regard to signing by STALEXPORT S.A. and the Treasury - represented by the Finance Minister - an agreement regarding the payment of the debt by virtue of the guarantee granted by Stalexport SA in 1997 for the credit to execute an investment called “The complete modernization of steel production line in Huta Ostrowiec S.A.”. Referring to a/m report the Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that today it received the letter from the Finance Minister, in which it was stated that the condition, suspending the a/m Agreement, had been fulfilled, and that as from 18.08.2005 the paragraph defining the principles of fulfilling the commitments by STALEXPORT S.A. towards the State Treasury came into force. The Finance Minister confirms the fulfillment of the condition, on the basis of the letter received from the President of the Anti-Monopoly Office dated 17th August 2005, which contains the opinion regarding the consistency of the stipulations of the Agreement about the debt payment- concluded on 1st September 2004 between the State Treasury and the company STALEXPORT S.A. – with the regulations which refer to granting public aid.
