Jednocześnie Spółka podkreśla, iż jak wynika z informacji przedstawionych przez prokuraturę stawiane zarzuty nie pozostają w związku z działalnością Pana Emila Wąsacza jako Prezesa Zarządu Stalexport S.A. |

The Company emphasies as well, that due to communicate presented by the Public Prosecuotor`s Office the accusations are totally unrelated to the activity of Mr E. Wąsacz as President of the Management Board of Stalexport SA. |
